Construction of the third Refuse paper residue drained RDF5 factory in Taiwan in 2007(Kuan Yuan Paper),in the same year, an RDF boiler was built in Kuan Yuan Paper, at which time RDF5 could be burned.

In 2008, cooperated with ITRI to build the fourth Taiwan RDF5 solid fuel plant for waste paper slagging(Cheng Loong Dayuan plant),
this is the first complete RDF supply chain in Taiwan,established the basic industrial ecology of RDF5.
